Jeannie is a shark when it comes to her clients & I mean that in a good way. She's focused, driven & extremely knowledgeable. From start to finish our process took less than a month . We were able to call her with all of our concerns & there were times she had to talk me off of the ledge LOL but she was able to keep us focused to see the big picture & not sweat the small stuff. As far as communication goes anytime I called or text if she wasn't able to answer right away she did get back to me in a timely manner. Also we really appreciated when we told her what we were looking for she really listened so that made it easier. She did suggest other properties that were outside what we were looking for but it wasn't because she didn't hear us she just wanted us to see other options but once we assured her about what we were looking for that's where she laid her focus on.
